SHIPPING:

 

All items will be shipped by UPS from our warehouse in New Jersey

 

 

Shipping fees: 

 

 

• Domestic Flat Rate - $14.95 within the United States on all orders under $200

 

 

• Free Shipping - all domestic orders over $200

 

 

• We do not offer international shipping at this time.

 

 

• Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-7 business days. All arrangements are made to order and ship within 3-10 days. This does not include transit time. Once your items leave our warehouse standard shipping could take 2-7 business days.

 

 

 

RETURNS:

 

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 15 days of receipt.

 

If you're interested in making a return, please email us at hello@elevengardens.com. Please note all original shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend all returns be sent back with tracking as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged products. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the item is adequately packaged for return. Eleven Gardens cannot accept responsibility for any packages lost, stolen or damaged in transit. Once we receive your item(s) we will process your return and a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

 

 

You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been accepted and your refund will be processed within 7 business days of receipt.

All items must be in new, unused condition. We will not accept returns on any items that were damaged, soiled, sprayed with fragrances, or altered in any way.
